My Philosophy
The beliefs and values that guide how I work and build.
1. Capability beats credentials
Courses cannot verify skills. Certificates go stale. What matters is what someone can actually do, and building systems that show that in real time.
2. The future of work is human
It is not about AI. It is about the humans using the tool every day. Technology is only as good as the people wielding it.
3. Build with your team
Great products come from being close to the work, in the discovery calls, the codebase, and the operations, alongside the people building it.
4. Depth over breadth
One workflow captured well beats a hundred surface-level integrations. Understand the system before you scale it.
5. Economic mobility is a systems problem
People do not fail because they lack ambition. They fail because the infrastructure for proving capability is broken. Fix the system and mobility follows.
6. Prove it, do not pitch it
Metrics over narratives. $7.5M in capital facilitated. $1M ARR scaled. 500 beta signups. An acquisition in 14 months. Results are the only argument that holds up.
